Lenco Capital, LLC ("Lenco," "we," "us") helps businesses find equipment financing by connecting applicants with funding sources. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and financing applications, including applications submitted on our partners' websites, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Lenco is not a lender. Financing decisions, rates and terms are made solely by the funding sources that review your application.
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
- Information needed to evaluate financing: Social Security number, date of birth, estimated credit score, and business and equipment details you provide.
- Credit information: with your authorization, credit reports and scores about you and your business.
- Consent records: your electronic signature, the date and time of your application, and your IP address.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
- To review your application and match you with financing options.
- To obtain credit information you have authorized us to obtain.
- To contact you about your application by phone or email, and by text message only if you opted in.
- To keep records, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements.
Who we share it with
We may share your information, only as needed to process your financing request, with:
- Funding sources (lenders and leasing companies) that evaluate your application.
- Our agents and financing partners who help process and place your application.
- Credit bureaus and credit-check providers, when you have authorized a credit inquiry.
- Service providers that host our forms, customer records and email, under obligations to protect your information.
- The equipment dealer whose website you applied through, limited to the status of your application.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we may text you about your application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not required to apply.
How we protect your information
Applications are submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to application records is limited to the people who process financing requests, and our systems use password protection and two-step login. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep application information as long as needed to process your request and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, then delete it.
Your choices
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us below. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal requirements.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
